3. Does ShapeDiver have data backup and disaster recovery procedures in place?
Yes.
4. Who retains the intellectual property rights of the models I upload to ShapeDiver?
You retain all intellectual property rights to the models you upload to ShapeDiver (see section 5.2 of our Customer Terms of Service). When your account is a member of an organization on the ShapeDiver platform, your models' intellectual property rights belong to the organization's owner - typically your employer (see section 2.2 of our User Terms of Service).
5. How can I delete my account?
Please contact our team at contact@shapediver.com, and we will ensure that your account is promptly deleted.
6. Is ShapeDiver compliant with industry-specific standards or certifications (e.g., ISO, SOC 2)?
We are not currently certified to any internationally recognized standards. However, we do have information security policies in place, which we will happily discuss with you if you are considering buying a Business plan or higher.
7. Does ShapeDiver offer on-premises deployment?
No, ShapeDiver does not offer on-premise server solutions for enterprise clients.
8. Does ShapeDiver offer private cloud solutions?
Yes, ShapeDiver offers private server solutions for enterprise clients.
9. Can ShapeDiver integrate with third-party authentication providers (OAuth, SAML)?
ShapeDiver offers organization accounts that can be connected to third-party authentication providers using OAuth or SAML.
